OUR FREE SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM WAS A SUCCESS! The ECAH Animals/PetSmart grant program to help lower-income people spay or neuter their pets has concluded. The $10,000 grant from PetSmart Charities allowed us to get approximately 175 local animals spayed or neutered. ECAH Animals, Inc is not a public animal shelter. We are a non-profit, no-kill animal sanctuary. Because we do not euthanize any of the animals in our care due to space limitations, our intakes are based on the number of animals adopted out.
